Ya me too i gave up on trying to contact them. If my previous post is true and they get stock in on the 15th, hopefully it ships out tomorrow.
 
I ordered mine early enough and got my two about .. 2-3 weeks ago.

I just now got another email saying they shipped more to me? What the? o_O

Same happened to me. Got my 2 chargers several weeks ago, but keep getting emails telling me that my order is backordered. I got an email today saying that it shipped and had a tracking number. When I click the tracking number, it tells me it was delivered a month ago. I think Samsung is just really behind on sending out emails, or are just sending emails to everyone who ordered.
 
I haven't got a email yet saying it's shipped. And I ordered the first day it went live. Still back ordered....
 
Those who have received their chargers, did you order black or white versions?

I've only seen people posting pictures of the white version, and was wondering if anyone had received the black?

I ordered 2 of the blue sapphire and that is what I received.
 
I'm backordered and got emails about it 3/17, 3/27 and 4/6. Now another is coming? Do they just automatically send one every 10 days or so? I should get my next email tomorrow. Why do a promo if they won't have enough in stock?
 
I have a question for anyone that has received their chargers. I have continued to get the backordered emails, even after I received them. Yesterday, I got an email stating that my order had shipped. When I checked the tracking number provided, it said it was delivered almost 3 weeks ago, which was about the time I got my chargers. I didn't think anything of it and just thought they were behind on sending out emails. However, my credit card was charged by Samsung for $2. The charge is described as "DRI Samsung", which is the same as when I was charged for my chargers the first time. I have not bought anything since my chargers. Not even an app. Its funny to me that I receive an email that my order is shipped and my credit card is charged on the same day
 
Me too. Who would've thought they need more than a month to ship out a deal they had going on.
