Save photos to SD Card

Hi,
I'm using Lenovo Vibe C2 and I need help how to save photos to portable SD Card. I know I can manually move that (I do that every week), but is there a way to automatically save them to SD Card? I don't see a option for that in Camera settings, and I know it's possible since I can do it, but it's annoying to move photos after taking them.

I would like help asap

Without fail, whenever I have done that in the past (configure the camera app to save photos directly to an SD card), I have inevitably had some really important photos be corrupted. Like this one, of my wife and son greeting each other at the airport upon his return from a tour of duty in Afghanistan:

So, seriously, I do not recommend this.
