Saving a message with G3

Hi there, i'm not sure exactly where to post this so i'm doing it here.

I have a G3 but am using Verizon Messages.

I have a conversation i'd like to email but am not sure how to do it from that. It lets me copy individual texts but not the entire conversation or specify parts.

I was able to save and email the .vzm but I don't know how to open that either.

The app for it on my pc doesn't seem to allow copy and paste.
