How can I save a video from Facebook to my phone? Thanks

You should be able to just share it with yourself, and then save it, email would probably be best. And I'm not sure if it'll do the same thing as saving pictures, but you'll have to rename it within a file manager, or the "my files" app, it'll save with a full stop at the beginning of the name(.) which will hide it from the phone. Just rename it anything without the period at the front and it'll be fine.
