Scene Optimizer (Note 9) won't turn on

Scene Optimizer is greyed out and I cannot select. Is there a feature that if turned on prevents selecting this?

If your camera is on selfie mode turn them around. When in selfie mode the “Scene Optimizer” will of course not active or disable.

I found scene optimizer made objects that had any movement blurry in photos. I disabled it and the pictures are great!

You need to in Photo mode !
