Scheduled AOD always on for weekends, tap to show for weekdays?

I'd like to do this with Good Lock's Routines app. I've already set the schedule up for 9-9 on Sat and Sun. However, the AOD doesn't come on after I save the setting. Does it need to be set to always display in its own settings?
