Scrapbook Has Stopped Working

All of a sudden I cannot save anything to the Scrapbook.
When I try I get a message stating "Unfortunately scrapbook has stopped". The catche has been cleared, but there is no change.
Anyone else having this issue?

As of yesterday... I can't access my Scrapbook either.
I was starting to think that my phone was on its way out... but there seems to be a pattern here?!

Since my original post scrapbook works sometime & sometime it dosen't.

I spent sometime at the Samsung desk, at Best Buy even they had no idea how to fix it. However they tried for at least a half hour.
