Scratches on screen, how to get out?

So like most of you, I have some pretty bad OCD when it comes to my phone. I accidentally put my phone in the same pocket as my car key, and it got some very small scratches on it that run about 3/5ths of the screen, maybe 1 or 2 of them. Does anyone know how to get these out? I have read that some people have used a tiny amount of toothpaste to buff scratches out...any have any experiences that have worked? They are driving me crazy!

If you go to a motorcycle shop and get some winsheld plastic scrach remover it works great. I hope it works great for you to.

Nothing will fix it, basically just get a screen protector and it will hide the scratches

I think they are there for good. Time to invest in some medication for that OCD.

Way ahead of you I'll try some toothpaste and scratch remover. It's hard to tell they are there but i can sometimes feel it with my finger.

Oh well.

On HTC phones you just have to have a screen condom on them. HTC glass is VERY fragile and will scratch with regular use.

Buy a screen protector, a lot of them can fill in scratches. The wet installs are the best at this. I'd get a phantom skinz or ghost armor.

I have no idea why its not. I do know that even if it was i would use a screen protector regardless. Overprotective much? I would say so myself!

It's not scratch proof just more resistant than normal glass. I've seen iPhone 4 screens get hairline scratches easily as well which has Gorilla Glass.

My original droid went without protection for a year and almost always shared a pocket with my keys because I knew it had gorilla glass and it did not have a single scratch! This may be gorilla glass but it cant be the same quality or type because this stuff is weak sauce compared to my og droid. No complaints though because I have a body glove and screen protector because I feel I NEED it.

tried toothpaste and the baking soda.. it's bull****.. doesn't work on glass.. if you think about it, how the hell could it?
