screeching noise when on call

I sometimes get a loud screeching noise when a call connects or even during a call. I've factory reset and even had one phones replacement. Any help?
FYI, it also happens when using hands free

Well I guess I must've got the 2 phones with this problem, hopefully the replacement coming tomorrow won't have the same issue.

I get that too once in a while. Not sure it's hardware related. Can't figure out why it happens, but happens sporadically.
