Screen artifacts

When displaying a solid grey screen, I can make out what seems to be a square near the middle of the screen. I've ruled this out as image retention and burn in due to none of my screen's patterns matching the area.

I'm still within the exchange window, just wondering if anyone else has any screen imperfections.

Also, I'm using the VZW Grey version.
