Screen Auto Brightness

Is anyone else finding this really annoying? It changes far too easily and it'll end up going light to dark at 30 second intervals even if there's no change in light around you. When it goes dark it goes really dark too.

Lol HTC auto brightness always been wonky... I rarely use it unless I'm outside because it supposedly gets brighter with auto brightness turned on

Auto brightness is always an issue for me regardless of the device and yes I have noticed the exact behaviour you are talking about. So far, while I can notice it, it hasn't bothered me much. May be this is a bug...we have to wait and see.

I ended up just bumping my bar up higher (was at 50%), though I'm not sure if it's still on auto even though it's checked. Seems better now though, but it cvould be just set to one level now.

I'm really having issues with the screen brightness, not sure if it's a bug on my phone or not, but I just can't seem to get it bright enough, adaptive on or off, it just won't go high enough in daylight. Had anyone else suffered or suffering with this?
