Screen behavior during calls

Just was wondering about something.... I got the zagg screen protector... It's seems to be on correct, but the red light From the light sensitivity detection sensor seems not to be where the left the space out, and but slightly to the left. ... Is mine just a miss production??

If you registered your protector go to Zagg's web site & request a new one. They will send a new protector. I got one & am going back to BB to have it installed to see if they fixes my issue. Before the new one is installed i'm checking to see how the screen does before a new one is put on. If it doesn't fix the problem i'll contact HTC again.

Found a really good answer to the black screen thing. Forget the high tech stuff and put a small piece of elertrical tape over the sensor. Set the screen brightness where you want it and forget it. Did this on mine a couple of months ago and have never "face app'd anything. Works especially good with MagicJack which would always cut if I moved the phone before the tape fix.

I have been having the same in call screen issues for a while now and was about to use the warranty and get a new phone!!
However when I started reading up on this everyone was talking about the proximity sensor so I checked to see if my screen protector was covering it ... and its not but I realized I hadn't cleaned my phone for a while so just wiped the sensor off and cleaned around it pretty good ... made a call ... and IT WORKS!! seems too simple so we'll see if it sticks but so far 3 calls in and its still working. Screen turns off when I hold it to my ear and back on when I put the phone down. YAY!!
