Screen Burn in only showing on dark backgrounds?

I have an s10e that is showing the keyboard but only on black or dark backgrounds but not on white?

Is this screen Burn in ? I've only had the phone for a week and it's undergone minimal use. The keyboard isn't showing on white backgrounds like the burned in one on my note 8. Is this possibly image retention?

That looks just like at least half of all amoled screen Verizon Certified Like New™ replacement phones!

Agreed, get a new one.

Also, use night mode (it's in the pull down with two fingers quick settings menu) as much as possible to minimize burn-in.
