Screen comes on with Msg's? Stopping notification?

So I just got the Turbo yesterday and its pretty sweet!!!

Two problems I have however are the following. I have GMAIL Syncing and Exchange Email active syncing. I get about 50 Gmail Msgs a day and sometimes 200-250 Exchange emails. These come in at all times during the day.

1. How can I automatically silent my phone at night between 11pm-6am so my phone doesn't beep throughout the night. I used to use Touchdown and could have it automatically silent at certain hours.

2. My phone's screen consistently flashes throughout the day for every mail I receive. How do I stop the screen from turning on? Its annoying as it happen almost 10 times a minute.

1. Settings-Moto-Assist-Sleeping (or use an app called Agent)
2. Setting-Moto-Display-Turn off Moto Display

# 2. Open your Moto app and select 'Display', then 'Select Apps'. Uncheck 'Email' and 'Gmail'.

This should stop your active display notifications for all your e:mails.

#1. Open your Moto app, go to 'Assist', go to 'Sleep' and check the box. Down below you can set the times you want the phone silenced.
