Screen died. How can I recover my encrypted SD card?

Hey guys,

So my phone's screen sorta died last week after I put the phone under water (long story).

The phone still works. When I turn it on, it vibrates, and the screen turns on, although it just shows gray lines so I can't enter my pin to unlock and decrypt it (I had turned on full disk encryption, and encrypted the SD card as well.)

How do I access the data on the SD card? Can I just insert the card on another phone and unlock it that way? Is there any way I can connect the phone to a computer and use the computer as screen so I can unlock the phone?
