Screen dims after making a call and frequently during start up

Ever since the software update for the galaxy s5 occurred, my screen dims. I have tried downloading a separate screen brightness display app (Lux). I must adjust the brightness when I finger swipe to turn on or after I make a call.

Never heard of any such issues, better you need to go to the Samsung Customer Support and consult them.
