I found that after my phone has been on for a period of time (hours or a day maybe) my screen will dim but not go completely dark. That is, normally it dims after about 20 seconds, then goes off a few seconds after that - like it seems it should. But after some hours of use it will dim after a prescribed time period but never go dark unless I tap the power button. If I shut down the phone and start it up it seems to work properly again for a period of time before it starts exhibiting the same behavior.

Any thoughts

Im having a similar problem, except my button doesnt work to lock the screen. I can hold it down to power off my phone but I cant lock it, it never times out, pretty much its on for good

Any ideas? This is super frustrating. I don't want to have to remember to tap the power button after every use of my phone to turn of the screen.

In case anyone else sees his, fwiw a soft reset (power & down volume) seemed to fix it though I don't know why since I thought that was for phone freezes. Oh well, we'll see.

Power and Volume down on the Turbo takes a screenshot.

It's a long press of power that does the restart. You don't have to press volume down (or up) at the same time.
