Screen dims but doesn't shut off sometimes

Sometimes my screen doesn't shut off automatically. The only way for me to fix this is to restart the phone. After I restart, it will work fine for about a day or two then stop. I have smart stay off, have changed my timeout settings and reset the settings (unrooted). Any ideas or this happening to anyone else?

If you have media running or have some type of Web page with animations... Screen will not turn off... Idk if it's a setting for that
