screen doesn't light up when a call comes in

[AC Question]

I have a Moto Z Droid. Until a couple of days ago, when I would receive a phone call, it flashes a circle in the center of the phone that notifies me when a call comes in. I can swipe to the right to answer, or the left to ignore. Now it doesn't do that at all. I still get texts and reminder's when the screen is dark (gone to sleep). There has to be a simple fix, I hope.

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried a cache clear in settings>storage?

I did to the cache clearing, but that didn't help.

Maybe a different phone app? I think Google has one for free in Play.
