screen doesn't lock after a call

Here is a strange situation: I noticed that my Droid Razr does not lock after I get off of a long call. A reboot is required to fix it. Has anybody else had this problem? It just started the past few days. Very annoying.

Also let me add that I have a lock screen widget and I need to deactivate it and reactivate it to get it to work and for the screen to lock (both with and without a password). I suspect that has a something to do with it.

Only suggection i have is to uninstall and see if you have the same issue. Im sure its the app. I use no lock from the market and dont believe i have this problem.

Update.....I uninstalled the app and I still have a screen lock problem. And it actually has nothing to do with making a call. Randomly and for no apparent reason the screen lock does not work. Even a reboot will not fix it. I can only fix it when I go to settings and change my password. Very strange. Any suggestions?
It seems that after about 15 minutes the phone will not lock. The lock function returns after I reset the password or switch off and on one of my device administrators.

I isolated the problem. It was an installed application....Battery Indicator Pro that was causing the issue.
