Screen flicker while on power saving mode

I just noticed that my screen flickers right after waking up using power button. The problem is resolved when I turn the power saving mode off. I tried hard and soft reset and didn't change it. Anybody else experienced the same issue?

I have my screen timeout set to 1 minute.
I have been on my phone alot today. I received a lot of work related calls. I was browsing. Emailing. Am at 50% and 11 hours. I am not disappointed with battery life

Yeah I got 6 hours the other day of screen time plus my usual calls and emails and about 18 hours of total usage not even using power save or nothing so I was just curious

I noticed I only get the flickering on wake up when the auto brightness and power saving mode are on or when the brightness is set to minimum.

never seen my note 2 flicker and I use power save. wish i could say the same about my nexus 7. that stupid thing flickers all the time when set to a low brightness.

I am having same problem, currently have given phone in Service Centre, they are gonna change the screen. I am not sure if that will correct the problem. Moreover I am afraid that they don't spoil it more!

I don't use the power saving mode but I have screen flicker whenever I get any type of notification. Email, text, etc. Am I the only one to have this type of screen flicker?
