screen flickering and shutting down and restart

I have had my galaxy note pro tablet for about 6 months and I'm on my 2nd one I have a problem in the middle of playing games surfing the Web or watching videos my tablet flickers and then shuts down upon restarting it gets throught the Samsung logo to the Verizon logo and flickers like mad and restarts again and will go on for numerous times and finally will fully boot and as soon as I touch it it does it again. I have contacted Verizon they say it is an app problem and I have started the tablet in safe mode and the same symptoms and shutting down occur a video of the tablet when it does this is available shot with my galaxy s4 (sorry for quality) any advice would be great

Welcome to Android Central! If it's happening in Safe Mode, then it's a more fundamental problem with either the firmware or the hardware. You could consider a factory reset. But considering you got it from Verizon, I would talk to them again and show them that the problem persists in Safe Mode. Ask for another replacement.
