Screen freezes when I open the keyboard

It just happened out of nowhere. I did a factory reset via recovery 2 times and it didn't help. I removed the battery a few times and it didn't help. Screen is ok when I close the keyboard. How do I fix it?

Sorry, I posted a reply then noticed you have a slider phone. I don't know enough about them to assist you

There's no way to fix it. Send it in for repair or buy a new phone
