Screen is shaking

In the last week/several days, my screen is "shaking." Mostly just a home screen issue as I can get into apps (sometimes it takes me a few times to hit correct application), but certainly annoying. Anyone have similar issues?

Have you done a soft reset to see if that helps?

I am not very technological, how do I do a soft reset and whats that mean for my phone? Oh, and phone is getting worse. Have to time my touches right to click on correct home screen app.
