Screen Issue: 1/4 black & 3/4 reddish maroon when bootong

Hi Everyone, not sure if I am posting in the right area but had question regarding my note 10. Just started yesterday, but my screen would flicker bright, when waking up from sleep. When I rebooted, I don't see the samsung logo or TMO logo, instead see a reddish/maroon overlay cover 3/4 of my screen. The top 1/4 is just black and the bottom 3/4 reddish maroon. I can't even see the boot menu when trying to boot in recovery mode. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Android 10 forum to the Note10 forum, which is more appropriate.

That sounds a bit concerning. If the phone is brand new, I'd bring it back to where you got it and ask for a replacement. If they say it's too late, then contact Samsung for warranty repair/replacement.

Same issue happened to my S4 tab a while back. Screen is fried. It was still under warranty and they replaced the screen for free. I posted a picture of it under the S4 forum. Check it out and see if it looks like your phone.

Sorry, actually it was the motherboard which was replaced
