Screen issues - dark screens look pixelated

I having an issue when I'm watching dark scenes it looks pixelated. Is it normal or need to exchange?

Is it happening with all videos? Maybe some of the content is 720P? Does the grainy content show up in a particular video app or any app that can play video?

Any app i already tried it on hulu netflix YouTube. I go to a dark room and i start watching and every dark scene is pixelated but whenever I put a black background as my wallpaper is fine.

That's how my screen looks. the hair it looks distorted pixelated and all the black scenes are the same.

A lot of Netflix, Hulu, etc. video is highly compressed so it can be streamed efficiently, and I suspect that's what you're seeing.

Here's what I'd do. Shoot some video with your phone, at its highest resolution, and be sure and include very dark areas, like deep shadows. Then view the video on the phone's screen to see if you're still seeing the problem.

I took a video high resolution is the same. I'm going to take it to samsung. Do you guys think if they replace the screen will be fix?
