Screen keep freezing and applications not responding properly

Most of the time the screen of my note 5 keep freezing and if I choose one application different one is opening or even I'm typing message it type different letters and sometimes send it by it's own.i try to restore to factory setting many times but still the same. What should I do??

when i use my messenger sometimes even i'm not touching the screen it will type sometime ramble letters..even i will try to correct its no use..

Screen recalibrate? I'm not sure how to get to it. Maybe some can help?
