Screen Lock and dial volume

I dont know if anyone else has had this problem, but suddenly my screen lock and dial volumes went really really soft. I tried messing around with the settings but nothing worked. I even went as far as to modify the lock.ogg file and make it louder, but nothing worked.
Eventually I downloaded audio manager, and with its easy to use system, I just simply increased the system volume. This solution worked.

Let me know if anyone else had this issue, and if there is a simpler way to fix the problem of a low lock and dial volume, then the way that I fixed the problem.

Just thought Id share my problem and solution.

I had the same issue. Download quick settings from the market, that fixed my issues

yeah, this happen to me this morning. here is how i fixed it. try this and see if it works.. it worked for me

1. Opened Maps and entered a location

2 . Tried to get directions to location

3. Told it to open Google Navigation

make sure your GPS is Enabled.
