Hi all,
I have had my TB since it came out. After a month, I installed Gingerbread Keyboard in leiu of the stock HTC one. About 3 weeks ago, I noticed it was getting harder to press the "P" key. It required almost a dozen presses before it would register. Soon afterwards, I changed back to the stock keyboard, and found that when I press the "P" key, it thinks I pressed the "O" key and types an O. Upon further inspection, I found that the entire right edge of my screen, roughly the width of a pen, lost touch sensitivity.
What do I do? I have Asurion, but don't feel like them shipping me a refurb unit. They already sent me one for a different issue, and it wasn't better. This TB unit has been perfect, very few reboots, lock button is useable. Is there any way they can give me credit towards say a Galaxy Nexus or (gasp!) an iPhone 4S?
