Screen mode

Ok I just switched from the at&t sII. I was lucky to get 4.0 to hold me off until the phone was delivered to me. One feature I cannot find is screen mode on my sIII for at&t. Anyone have any ideas. If it's not there no biggie just feel like in all my excitement could be over looking.

Not overlooking it. It is not on the ATT model. Not sure about the other US carriers.
