Screen on Galaxy S20 fades off nightly not able to use phone till next morning

[Android Central Question]

Even use the phone will fade to off screen around 10:00 p.m. an alarm goes off at 6:30 the next morning and then I am able to use my phone between these hours I can't answer phone calls or get the screen to turn on to use the phone at all there is also an alarm icon at the top of the screen next to the Wi-Fi icon that I can't figure out how to get it to go away I've checked the alarm settings display settings and a few other different places on the phone looking for this alarm I can't find it does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this issue

Sounds like digital wellbeing , but also check bixby routines ,and possibly that alarm you see is from one or the other timer
