Screen Overlay when opening up a Snapchat.

[AC Question]

Every time I go to open up and look at a snap sent to me a screen overlay appears saying "Swipe from the bottom of the phone to show the Home, Back, and Recents buttons"

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and made sure my phone has the most recent update.
