screen problem please help

Alright folks. I dropped my phone in some salt water a couple months ago. And I used rice and everything to fix the water problem. I can get the phone to turn on and get to the main screen. But it seems like the screen is frozen. Could it still be water damage. Or will I need a new digitizer and or a new screen. Please give me some input. Thanks.

Salt water is very corrosive. The internal components of phone are likely damaged.

I can see the screen but I think the touch screen. Or censors are done.

You can replace the screen assembly http://m.repairsuniverse.com/samsung-galaxy-s3-screen-assembly-replacement-white.html but as the previous poster noted, phones and water (especially salt water) don't mix. Who knows what else might be wrong with the electronics.
