Screen protector - yes or no

People who say they are careful and never drop their phone - do you never let someone else hold or use your phone? There's always a time when I let someone make a call and it's those moments I worry. I'm not worried about myself.

Exactly! I was showing my mother in law a pic of my daughter the other day and she decided me showing her wasn't good enough so she grabbed the phone out of my hand to see it better, over concrete.... I was like EEEEEK! (well I'm a guy so I didn't say that out loud, but I thought it!). Then I thought, man, I'm so glad I'm using an OtterBox Defender today (and of course I have the Yootech film screen protector to) whew!

This is my first curved-screen device. Looking for opinions on screen protection, as well as experiences with and without. Thanks.

Only buy the "case friendly" screen protectors. And yes, always use protection, it'll start scratching the first week.

Dbrand skin on the back (for a better feel and grip), and that's it. No scratches at all so far, and I'm not worried about them. It's a glass phone. Wear and tear is expected and inevitable. if I can't relax and enjoy a phone, I'm not buying it.

If you invested $850, it'd be nice to keep it in good shape.

I hope this will answer your question. My work phone so I don't use a case and not as careful with it as much because it's not really mine.
