It does technically have a screen protector, but not like the dedicated one on the Note 10. I don't think this one is meant to be left on because the front film has a removal tab at the top. This one is different than the one on the Note 10--it'skind of "grabby" like a Zagg, definitely not slick like the one on the Note 10. It also has a FPS.Someone on XDA forums was saying it does have a screen protector installed. Its hard to tell but if you run your fingernail over the camera area you can feel it.
I get mine tomorrow to verify but I was very happy with the one on my s10+
I still have mine on for the moment, as I just got my phone today. Delivery was 2 weeks early so I don't have anything else yet. The cutout makes Swype-typing difficult, especially if you do it with the S-Pen, which I do all the time.
