Screen Protector.

does anybody have experience with the liquid glass protectors? I'm interested in them but I'm quite skeptical

I purchased the Zagg screen glass protector($50.00) from Best buy and paid 8.00 for the installation ...
The clerk who installed the screen protector had issues with air bubbles and decided to retrieve another package, applied the second protector, Same issues! ...I asked the clerk have you ever had issues with screen savers before? he stated on occasion ....he worked on the second screen protector for about 10 minutes, and he gave up! he ask me if I could return within a week, so the screen saver could settle? My response was yes!.....After 2 days I decided to return to Best buy because there was no improvement!...I arrived at Best buy and I talked to another clerk and he looked at my phone and he got his wedge and was able to remove some of the bubbles, but not all...he told me to contact Zagg...... He states this is a Zagg issue, not a best buy issue! ...Auful experience!

Thanks. Got it tonight. So far so good. Still used to bare screen, so I definitely notice it. But much better than the zagg.

How's the touch sensitivity? Do you notice the space between the screen & protector(visually & sensitivity)?

I'm curious because I bought this with a Bodyguardz Case but returned the Screen Protector and got a Whitestone because I didn't like only having adhesive along the edges and they were the same price(but if you buy from Bodyguardz website you do save 20%).

Yeah, it was actually really good last night and earlier today. But the past few hours, I have noticed the sensitivity get progressively worse. Now it seems the glass is off the phone a bit and causing some problems. Not sure it will work out...frustrating

Sorry to hear... That's why I went with Whitestone but Bodyguardz is coming out with a full adhesive version soon like they had for the S8. If it doesn't work out maybe you can exchange yours... Have you increased the touch sensitivity in settings(I'm sure you did)? Did that help any?

So third day opinion on this case....I guess I am getting used to it. It was really a good experience today. also got my son a s9+ with same screen protector. He loves it from the start. So maybe there is just an adjustment period.

Waiting for delivery of Skinomi protectors, they've worked great on my previous phones.

I’ve learned from s7 and s8+. I just can’t find a great screen protector for this curved screen so I just don’t use one.

If you are looking out for the TGP, you can get one from the WhiteStone or thin protectors from the Gadgetshieldz. I'm seeing good reviews about the whitestone but the price is the only concern for me to get one from them.

The Whitestone's installation complexities and price seem to be the detractors. Otherwise, it's quite popular.

After spouting off that I didn't see the need for a screen protector since I hadn't had any issues going naked on my previous Galaxies, I had a change of heart since I'm not currently thrilled with insurance options. Wasn't ready to go the Whitestone route so I installed the IQ Shield on my S9. $7.95 from Amazon. Easy install and works with the curves just fine as well as my Spigen Neo Hybrid case. Very, very happy with the result so far. No sensitivity change at all and any micro bubbles I missed during the install disappeared after two days as they said they would. Worth a look and the price is right...FWIW....
