Screen protectors and latency/laggy action

Gang -

I got a tbolt last April and got the default screen protector with it. So far, I did not recall any laggy/latency.

This February, I needed a new tbolt and could not locate my protectors (and the the bolt suffered a nice set of scratches 1st week). :(

Now yesterday, I found the pack of protectors and went to apply one. Went on very well, just one annoying dust spec.

Now after removing all the bubbles I notice a latency when scrolling. Is this by design or nature of the protector?

Don't know what brand but it has a matte finish that looks almost like frosted glass.

Thanks!

Mine is glossy and have had no issues with lagging. I prefer the slick glossy. Looks naked and feels naked. A friend of mine has a no glare on hers and there seems to be some lag. But she has the Droid X so maybe its the protector. Don't know for sure. I don't like how they feel.

I was afraid of that. Wifey has a glossy on her Dinc2 and no issues. Maybe the three months or so nekkid had me spoiled.

Get a steinheil ultra crystal. IVE tried many screen protectors biwt this one most closely mimics glass. You can't really tell it's there and this is coming from someone who is particular about his screen
