Screen protectors

I'm not sure if I should go with the Amfilm glass or privacy glass screen protector. I've never had a privacy one before. Are there any drawbacks to it?

I recently ruined 4 screen protectors trying to install them. Ruined 2 of the 3 Insignia anti reflective ones and both of the Samsung film screen protectors the other day. I also like the anti reflective coating on the screen. Does anyone have any recommendations for anti reflective screen protectors for the S25U that have a good installation and alignment kit with it similar to the AM film one?

The Insignia kit just has a frame sits on the outside of the phone and then you drop in the screen protector in the middle.

I keep seeing ads for the Magic John protectors but they're close to $20 and I'm not sure I believe the hype because there are so many ads for them.

For my S25+ I purchased the MAGIC JOHN 2 pack on Amazon August 19. Installed and working great. I am also using a dBrand case.

Spending a fair amount of time outside, I am going to try the Samsung AR screen protector.

I tried the Insignia screen protector for a couple of days and I had issues with screen responsiveness. I even had the touch sensitivity turned up and registered my finger prints after I installed it. I also bought the AM film protectors but will probably wait a couple of days to install one. I just really like using the phone without one.

After trying another screen protector from AM Film, I've decided I'm not going to use one anymore. The Fps just doesn't like them. And I'm certainly not spending $20-$30 on one either. I've tried to turn on the touch sensitivity and reregistering my fingerprints. The AM Film was by far the worst one. And Face Unlock is too slow and unreliable on this phone. I think the Samsung anti reflective screen protector had the best chance but I ruined them trying to install them as it's incredibly easy to get dust or air bubbles under them.

That's to bad. I put the AM film protector on back in Feb and never had a fingerprint problem. Face recognition is slow sometimes but that isn't the film. I don't use touch sensitivity.

I was advised against screen protector,s, apparently it can run the antiglare coating and the screen cover will now than likely be not as antiglare as is it was. Please correct me if this is wrong.

I haven't used screen protectors for the last four years and haven't had any issues with scratches. Then again I put my phone in a pocket with nothing else, and I don't do anything in a harsh environment. Your mileage may vary.

The original Samsung screen protector is a thin film that prevents from scratches but keeps the anti glare effect working well. I use it and can recommend it.

Same for me. I used to use then the screens got so much better and I never had any issues after I stopped getting them. Plus I would have to peel them off after a while because it was a waste of money for me.
