well that sucks lol im going to shoot them an email, i assumed they had them for every device i had a couple s3 covers left and thru it on my dna.
These are fairly nice protectors. They're cut small as to avoid the start of the glass' curvature, are dry application, and have a very nice optical clarity. You can choose whether o not you want an oleophobic coating. HTC - 5" Droid DNA - Crystal Clear Film - 2 Film Pack | Photodon.com Screen Protectors
Have you used these ones, do you have any pictures? If so, did you get oleophobic?

I didn't do the greatest job at applying it around the edges, but I think it also may be normal. I went with the oleophobic which seem fine, but I haven't used their non-oleophobic protector.

WTF spigen...
They'll make screen protectors for the The One... But they leave the DNA in the cold.
I had the photodon ones and the feel of them is great. My problem is that the cut isn't great. The first set were too large and ended up not working. I emailed them and they had them recut to be smaller, but they were still a tad too big. From the looks of the one above though, they fixed them again. (I emailed them when I got the replacement set that was still too big, and I gave them measurements for the best fit)
They're dirt cheap, and they're a product of a small business, so they're well worth the investment.

I hate say it but I can't recommend Photodon.
I tried installing the first protector and had small dust particles. My fault for going too quick. It would of been easier if there would of been a sticker to assist in removal of the layer over the side that applies.
So I remove the first and try to apply the second. To my surprise the second protector application side was barely sticky at all. I checked the other side to make sure I wasn't trying to apply the outward facing side. I wasn't because the other side had no tackiness. The second protector didn't seem to be the same quality as the first far as aesthetics go. Thus the reason I can't recommend them. I basically paid $12.65 for one protector. At least they gave me a free iPhone 5 protector, but I don't have one. Glad I still have some Verizon protectors laying around.

You may want to contact them about the issue and even send them the screen protectors if they ask for them. If you got a faulty one (wrong material) I'm sure they'd send you a new batch.
I've already threw them away. I was upset about screwing up the first one, then had the problem with the second. At that point I was fed up. I've had time to cool down, just ordered another set. I informed them of my issue and asked they ensure both are of the same quality. Who knows maybe they'll throw in a third.

i know i know, some people swear by gorilla glass 2 but i like to have that extra protection.
Update:
Placed a complaint with BBB and the Best Buy Online Community, they contacted the store manager and he had a change of heart.
I received a message this morning that they would be happy to give me a refund.
My issue is this (same argument I made with the BBB and Best Buy Online Community), the ZAGG packaging and website both say ?Scratch Proof? regardless of the level willful ignorance being practiced by the employees of ZAGG. They do not suggest or imply that it is the phone screen or tablet screen that becomes scratch proof.
Their advertising is misleading (and probably purposely). On the back they show someone trying to push through the product with a pen and have the word ?Durable?, clearly they are talking about the product.
Next there is a shot of the product with the word ?Invisible?, again talking about the product (By the way, it?s not ?Invisible? either). Next is a pic of someone trying to scratch the surface of the product and it says ?SCRATCH PROOF? and all of sudden they are no longer referring to the product?
Best Buys use of the term "consumable" is ridiculous. I asked the store manager to explain what consumable means and he said that if the product is used it cannot be put back on the shelf.
I asked "even if it's a defective warranty return? How was I supposed to know it was defective unless I tried it? How is this different than a computer, telephone or TV? He could not answer.
This is the response that they gave to the BBB:
" although the store was correct in denying the return because the product cannot be resold, the manager at the store has agreed to make a one-time exception and allow the return."
That's a scary thought, if they can't resell a warranty return they cannot take it back??
The item wasn't defective. You just didn't like it. They were under no obligation to return it, and neither was zagg. Also sounds to me like you just don't understand the terms being used on the packaging.
Even if it was defective, once its used you have to go through zagg to get a replacement because of the nature of the product.

You are somewhat correct, I didn't like it after the surface developed scratches. I'm weird like that......wanting a product to perform as implied is a really bad trait of mine.
The Best Buy employee said "don't worry, Zagg products are "self healing and scratches will go away on their own" .......right.
Furthermore, the Best Buy Community representative did agree that some of the verbiage and examples on the Zagg packaging were misleading.
