Screen stopped responding, factory reset didn't fix

For the past few days my screens been getting unresponsive. It was only working sometimes and I noticed that it was flashing between full brightness/low brightness really fast. I wiped the cache and factory reset my phone since it wasn't allowing me to tap so I couldn't enter my pin or anything to login. Unfortunatly this has had no effect and I'm not sure what left to do. The hardware buttons all still work it's just the screen completely stopped. I'm with WIND and recently updated to marshmellow sometime last week. Any advice?
