Screen Timeout

After resetting or switching on the phone, my screen timeout defaults to [] which is 0 seconds.

This started about a month ago.

What kind of phone are you using? What about screen brightness and other display features - is everything else running smoothly? Have you downloaded any new launchers or themes recently?

Hi... It's a Galaxy Note 5. Everything else is perfect.

Hi! Thank you for your responses! I was just trying to see if any recent downloads or apps could have been linked to this issue. Hmm... So it happens after every restart? I am unsure of what else to suggest, but you could always contact Samsung and see if they have any more suggestions.

If you want, you could try a factory reset, however, make sure you have all of your important files, contacts, pictures, messages, etc backed up so you don't lose anything! Good luck!
