T-Mobile Galaxy S8 Screen Timeout

Sorry, looks like this originally got posted to a different forum. My apologies.

Hello. My first non-Moto smart phone is my new S8+. I do have an issue that maybe someone can help with. My screen display timeout keeps changing. I reset it for 1 or 2 minutes, and it constantly changes to "After 10 minutes in inactivity". It won't maintain the setting that I choose. Any ideas?

If you installed any apps that related to screen maintenance, uninstall and try it.

Thanks, that was my first thought, but I don't believe I have anything downloaded to it that interferes with it. I will go back and look again though.

If you haven't downloaded anything that interfered with the time option, try a restart on your phone then check it.
