Screen turn on automatically

My S9+ just started doing this tonight..... anyone have any real luck finding the problem? I'm taking mine to the sprint store tomorrow....

When the fone starts to get awry ..
4 things to do ..:
1- Use Samsung smart switch to back up your fone
2- Wipe system cache partition ..
3- Last solution : do a system reset .
4- Option if allow .. bring it back to the store and get another one ..

I had the same issue. Most of us thinks so advance that we forget to check the basics. The cause of my issue was my cp cover/case. One the side buttons (Bixby button) is permanently pressed by my cellphone case/cover, causing the screen to wake up every 50 to 60 seconds. I removed the case and voila no more issue. Will find a perfect case for my phone.

Hi I was having the same problem my phone would light up the bedroom in the middle of the night, drove me crazy but I took a deep breath and figured it out after a while !!

Try this it worked for me

Go to

Settings
Accessibility
Advanced settings
Notification reminders turn it off that will make it stop
