Screen Unlock problem

I found that adding an exchange account for work emails requires me to have PIN protection or better. A bit annoying.

Hey I have the same problem with my Galxy Note 2 device. As I use an exchange account at work, this requires me to have pin or password protection. This means I cannot use swipe to unlock or any other lock screen features. Were you able to bypass this problem by any chance?
