Screen writing

What happened? I don't actually use my s pen very often. But I had been able to write on a blank screen by pulling out the s pen and start writing. Seems I am unable to now. Where there changes made?

My phone is turned off every night. I close all apps and run optimizer before shutting it off.

Then go to settings>advanced features>spen>screen off memo toggled on ?

Go to settings same place choose air actions>3 dots upper right corner choose then tap reset spen

Working fine on mine. When the screen is off and with the Create Note option on the menu. Running FUG2.
