Screenshot not working

My power+volume combo for screen capture stopped working on my Moto G5+. It used to, but I went to do it yesterday & it didn't work. I haven't added any apps to do screen capture...
I also can't figure out how to add or change shortcuts to use a different button for the screenshot.

Yes. & sometimes it works in regular mode. It just worked the second time I tried it.

If it consistently works in Safe Mode, then I would suspect that some app you installed is causing the issue. Did you install any new apps yesterday, or did any of your apps update? Also, if you just got a system update, that can sometimes introduce an minor incompatibility with an existing app.
