I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to post a screenshot of the Phone Dial pad who has not enabled advanced calling features. I have enabled advanced calling and then disabled it and I still have the icon on the bottom for video calling to the right of the call button. I do not remember seeing it before I enabled advanced calling. I thought it was just the call button centered at the bottom of the screen. Thanks!

This?

Where do you enable advance calling? I have sprint if that matters. Thanks

Well, with AT&T, it's under Settings>Connections>Mobile Networks>Mobile Data - Turn "Enhanced 4G LTE Services" on

Verizon, I think it was in the same place but called "VoLTE"

If you enable advance calling you will be stuck with that video camera icon forever. I'll do without advanced calling to avoid that dreaded video camera icon. I'm not even sure a factory rest would get rid of it.

I have att and there's no such thing as advanced calling or whatever.

Advanced Calling is only on Verizon.

You must add it via your account then activate it on your device.

If you don't use it on Verizon, you can't have data while on a call. The icon is not that annoying (not at all to me) as to not have data while on the phone.

Nope, it is called Advanced Calling on Verizon also.

It is under advanced calling in settings. The icon for the camera is annoying if you are not using video. Is there anyway to get rid of it once you disable it?

Sprints VoLTE is not active as of yet, so we do not have Advanced Calling options yet.

Right. I was trying to respond to another post that gave instructions for AT&T. AT&T does not have that... Doesn't need that since our data works while we make phone calls and we don't have some extra feature called VoLTE.

Bottom line, people need to wake up and switch to the better carrier with a better LTE network

Better because you don't have VoLTE? All carriers are shifting to this so this will soon be the norm -- even AT&T.

AT&T has always had talk and data at the same time.

Is there a map that shows what areas have HD Talk enabled for AT&T?

AT&T has had voice and data at the same time, capability. They have not had voice and LTE data at the same time. That is what this is, voice and LTE data.
