Screenshot problems

Ever since I've been using NOW ON TAP for screenshots, I have problems. The SHARE menu shows as advertised, but after the SHARE menu displays, and UPLOAD TO PHOTOS appears, the screenshot is nowhere to be found. I have a workaround (Save to Drive), then move the screenshot into Photos. Why am I having this issue. What is the proper procedure for taking screenshots using Google on Tap. Thanks.

It seems like a bug in the Google app. I just tried it myself, and at the upload page, it shows the image file as being 0 MB. After hitting the Upload button, the image never shows up in Photos. I just sent feedback to Google from within the Google app's menu, and I encourage you to do the same.

For what it's worth, I'm using the beta version of the Google app.

One of the other Ambassadors who isn't on beta didn't have a problem, so this might be a beta issue. This is exactly the kind of thing Google wants to hear about!

I reported the Beta problem. Let's see what happens.

The beta Google app updates pretty frequently, so keep trying the screenshot after each update.

I just tried the new update. It now shows that 1 photo was uploaded but the photo doesn't show. I guess they are working on it.
