Screenshot?

My wife and I both have the X4. For two phones that should be absolutely identical, there are small differences. One of the most annoying is that the power button + volume down screenshot function worked perfectly on mine and never works on hers. I have tried everything and cannot get her screenshot function to work.

I can turn on the Moto 3 finger screenshot, but she wants to use the buttons.

Any idea why the phones are different or how to restore th screenshot buttons to hers?
