Scrolling delay/latency

I have a strange issue with my phone. The scrolling has a very noticeable latency or delay when swiping the screen. It reacts instantly to taps but swiping needs like 5-10mm distance before the screen starts to react. Phones in store with B100 firmware doesn't have this and I don't think it's a hardware issue.

It's a systemwide problem for me. I managed to roll back to B120 yesterday but same problem persists. Can anyone confirm if they see the same behaviour on their phone like in the video I have recorded?

what you may need to try is set the phone up fresh from no back up. just coming from the essential thread this is an issue over there and the fix seems to be a fresh set up from scratch.

Same "problem" here. I wouldn't say that's a "problem", because when using the phone normally you can't notice it. However I tried the same move as you're doing in the video, and being very slow at scrolling does the same to my Honor 9.
